Training and onboarding

Training and onboarding are included in all project-based Zeitmaps licenses as a separate service fee of 1000 € per project.

This covers introducing the application, preparing the project setup, and guiding the project team in practical ways to use the system throughout the project. The goal is to ensure the project team can start using the application effectively from the beginning and get the most value out of the Zeitmaps.

For user-based licenses, training and onboarding can be agreed separately based on your needs.

If on-site training is arranged, travel expenses will be invoiced separately when applicable.

Consulting and expert support

In addition to the license and training, we also offer optional consulting services on an hourly basis.

Our team can support your project in areas such as project preparation and setup, schedule and production optimization and helping to resolve challenges that may arise during the project.

We are happy to discuss the most suitable level of support for your project.

What happens after the trial?

After the 2-week trial, your project becomes view-only unless you purchase a license. You can still access and review everything, but editing will be disabled until a license is activated.
