Zeitmaps End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (referred to as “you,” “your,” or “user”) and Zeitmaps Oy (referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Zeitmaps Oy”), governing your use of the Zeitmaps web application (referred to as the “Application”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Zeitmaps Oy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your internal business or personal use. This license does not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the Application.
2. Restrictions
You shall not:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
b. Use the Application for any purpose that is illegal or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
c. Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, loan, or otherwise make the Application available to any third party.
d. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Application.
e. Use the Application in any way that could harm, disrupt, or damage the Application, its servers, or networks.
3. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal and non-personal information. By using the Application, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Updates and Maintenance
We may provide updates, upgrades, or bug fixes to the Application. You agree that we may automatically update the Application and these updates will be governed by this EULA.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Zeitmaps Oy if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Application.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Zeitmaps Oy does not warrant that the Application will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zeitmaps Oy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Application, even if Zeitmaps Oy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes to This Agreement
Zeitmaps Oy reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Such changes shall take effect when the revised Agreement is published on Zeitmaps. Your continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Contact Information
By using the Zeitmaps web application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement.
